When products become available, you can choose from:

• Express delivery - 1-2 business days
• Store pickup - available at our locations

Delivery costs will be calculated based on weight, dimensions and distance.

When products become available, you will benefit from the following return policies:

• 30 days right to return - for unused products, in original packaging
• Free return - for defective or non-conforming products
• Simple process - complete the return form and follow the instructions

All products will benefit from warranty according to manufacturer specifications:

• Legal warranty - minimum 24 months according to Romanian legislation
• Manufacturer warranty - according to each brand's specifications
• Authorized service - for repairs and technical assistance
